Easy to use and well thought-out functions which are safety oriented and create a more comfortable working environment.

A success of Amada's technology and know how accumulated throughout its history is the "CNC Light", which uses an electronically flow control valve.

When using the conventional culling control valve method, fine adjustment of the valve is required each lime according to the material and the shape of (he work lo be cut.

On the other hand, when the CNC Light function is used, all you have to do is to input the data on the quality of the steel material to be cut, the cutting width and the shape. Then the machine itself will automatically set the appropriate conditions and execute cutting. Also, the machine can be operated even when the cutting conditions are inputted by the user.

The most distinctive feature of the CNC Light is that the desired cutting rate can be inputted in numeric figures.

The creation of this control system is the fruit of the many years of Amada's research and development of cutting machines and blades.

Function for setting cutting depth convenient when cutting works out of large sized material.

With the cutting depth set on the operation panel, the machine automatically stops cutting at the specified dimension. As the cutting depth can be set freely, the machine can execute cutting, metal molding and dovetailing. This means no need for keeping steel materials of many different sizes and increasing product output as compared to the amount of materials in stock. Therefore, this function is effective in minimizing waste in production, that is "maximum output from minimum stock".

Crooked cut detector ( PAT. ) makes the automatic operation reliable.

* This detector is optional for H-13CO.

If the tolerance for the crooked cut is set. cutting is stopped automatically when the tolerance limit is exceeded. Thus, this device is useful not only in reducing the material loss but also in preventing the blades from being broken and unsatisfactory products from being produced.

Centralized control located on the front operation panel.

With the "Iron! centralized control system" adopted for each model, all (he settings for the machine itself and materials are controlled at the operation panel located on the front of the machine. As the panel is compact in size and easy to operate, the operator can enroll the machine lo cut large and heavy work without difficulty or any trouble while slaying well clear of the blade at work.

Specific monitor display items indicate cutting conditions clearly.

Cutting conditions can be checked by looking at various indicators provided on the operation panel. They are blade motor ammeter, blade hour meter. Blade running speed indicator, culling rate indicator (for 700 series), blade descent speed indicator (for H-1000 and over 1000 series), etc. These meters and indicators are helpful when selling the cutting conditions for the material to be cut for the first time.

* Whether each indicator is equipped or not urges depending on models.
