Amada's narrow kerf blades, (only 0,078" on CM75CNC} accurate indexing and very short remnant will always assure the maximum number of usable parts per bar and minimal material scrap.
A specially designed mist system and the precision ground carbide blades will provide end finishes that in many applications may eliminate the need for a secondary facing operation.
