DM-10
The HYD-MECH DM-10 is a double-miter
machine that provides exceptional cutting capability. This versatile
saw saves operator set-up time and its compact design makes it ideal
for use in tight working spaces.
Cast iron head and vises are designed
for rigidity - absorbing vibrations and ensuring accuracy during
cutting. A rotating table with single cut line allows head and blade
groove to move together for smooth, accurate mitering.
From user-friendly operator controls,
to easily accessible electrical panel and cabinets, the DM-10 machine
is solidly built to give maximum productivity. |
STANDARD FEATURES:
- Miter capability from 60° left, and 45° left and right.
- Easy sliding, cast iron vises.
- Rotating table with single cut line.
- Heavy-duty, cast iron head and wheels supported by a rigid pivot point reduces vibration while cutting.
- Precise head rotation.

Blade Tension Meter
Allows the operator to easily view the blade tension setting. It also serves as a broken blade switch that shuts down the machine when the tension is reduced.

Guides
Carbide V-slotted guides with coolant flow help to extend blade life and reduce burrs. Heavy-duly cast iron and easy sliding vise allows for miter cuting left and right.

Drive System
The motor is directly mounted to the gear box eliminating belts and pulleys. The 2 speed motor provides for easy cutting of soft and hard materials.

Perfect for hobbyists and fitters, he PH101 is suited for dry cutting from 0° up to 45° left.
This heavy-duty portable band saw is manufactured completely in aluminum die casting and is available in single phase.
The compact design of the PH211 and PH261 makes them ideal for use in tight working spaces!
