Swing Away Control Panel
Ergonomically positioned on the left side of the machine, the Swing Away control Panel allows for easy viewing of machine operations and job set up. Blade start, head feed, and fast approach buttons are housed on the control box, including an LED display for proper blade tension.

A Powerful Variable Frequency Drive 3 Hp Motor coupled directly to the Gearbox (no belts or pulleys) provides infinitely variable band speed (45-330 SFM) allowing for efficient cutting of various applications.

Heavy Duty Cast Iron Shuttle Vise
Mounted on reciprocating linear ball bearing, the shuttle vise assembly indexes up to 29" in a single stroke. Set at the control panel, lengths and measured via Rack and Pinion Rotary Encoder System.

Digital Display for Proper Blade Tension
Standard equipment on the S-20A, a digital read out displays proper blade tension. Machine will not operate unless proper blade tension is applied.

Angle Cut
The S-20A miters to 60° with an easy and accurate angle setting. Release the cam-lock brake, swivel the head to desired angle using the scale and re-lock.

Control Panel
Ergonomically designed, the S-20A control console comes standard with sequencer control for multiple cuts at the same length and digital readout of band speed selection.
